Vilas Karpe - F.C.A., M.Com.

Mr. Vilas Karpe passed his Chartered Accountancy examination in 1995 and completed post graduation in Commerce and have also completed SET Examination.
He started his consultancy in 1996 under the firm name Vilas M Karpe & Co, and has been specializing in the field of Indirect Taxation, Audit, company law matters & project financing.
He has trained during last 20 years, 35 CA Article trainees.
Mr. Vilas Karpe was also a faculty member in Jhunjhunwala College, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. He has been teaching the subject of Income Tax & Accountancy for the students of Final Year B.com of Mumbai University since 1997.
He has also been a visiting faculty at various Management Institutions and has also delivered lectures in CA Study Circle Meetings.

Shantanu Bagwe- A.C.A., M.B.A., B.Com.

Mr. Shantanu Bagwe is a Chartered Accountant & He has also completed his M.B.A. in Finance from United Business Institute, Belgium, Europe.
He comes from diverse experience from the field of consultancy into Foreign Trade Policy and an industry experience from Insurance Sector.
He independently handles Service Tax, GST, Project Finance, etc. He has a special interest and expertise in Foreign Trade Policy matters.
He has domain expertise of Foreign Trade Policy, GST and Indirect Taxes and has also contributed to ICAI publications as well as leading newspapers.
He has also appeared as eminent speaker on GST against various trade associations, corporate companies, SMEs, etc.

Subodh Parab - A.C.A., M.Com.

Mr. Subodh Parab is a Chartered Accountant & has completed his post graduation in Commerce faculty from Jhunjhunwala College.
He completed his Articled training under the expert guidance of Mr Vilas Karpe.
He has been independently handling VAT audits for corporate and non corporate clients, VAT & Sales Tax assessment cases, Service Tax, etc.
Mr. Subodh Parab has also contributed to publications of ICAI.

Vinay Ganesan- A.C.A., B.Com.

Mr. Vinay Ganesan is a Chartered Accountant & has experience of more than 7 years.
He independently handles Transfer Pricing, International Taxation Matters, Due Diligence, Private Equity, FEMA, etc.
He has a special interest and expertise in the field of Finance.
Mr. Vinay Ganesan has also contributed to publications of ICAI.
